Let's get moving!

Happy December!  Anybody else feel like they need to detox after 4 day's straight of leftovers?  We eat healthy 98% of the year and let loose around the holidays, which is why we decided NOW is the perfect time to create a challenge.  Join our 31 day HOLLY JOLLY PLANK CHALLENGE to get in the BEST shape ever this December.  Let's tighten our cores together this December so our New Year's Resolution is NOT to lose the holiday weight gain, but rather to stay healthy and fit all year long!

We are firm believers that AB'S are built 70% in the kitchen and 30% in the gym, so be sure to eat healthy too!  Make our Leftover Turkey Holiday Salad for a healthy leftover choice!  Skip the leftover French bread and enjoy this in a cool and crunchy lettuce wrap!  So good you won't think you're eating health food!

Commit today and let us know if you're in!  We are setting the goal high and aiming for 3 & 1/2 minutes by December 31st!  It's seem like a stretch but let's ROCK this challenge together!

  1. I posted a 25 day challenge a few weeks ago, 25 days to a five minute plank and MAN it was tough! Good luck with this, after you hit the 1:30- 2:00 mark it gets pretty brutal! lol
