Strawberry Orange Smoothie

Fresh fruit smoothies are one of our favorite ways to start the day!  They are so quick to prep, the blender does the cooking for us and they are packed with real, fresh ingredients.  Not too mention, today's creation is only 165 calories & 3 weight watchers points if you follow their plan.

This morning we made a delicious Strawberry Orange Smoothie & there are no excuses to skip breakfast with this recipe!  It comes together in under 5 minutes and has a total of 4 ingredients.  Simply blend up non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, orange juice and ice.  It's that simple and so delicious.

Calories 165
Fat .01 grams
Carbs 26.2 grams
Dietary Fiber 1.1 grams
Protein 14 grams

5 ounces non-fat vanilla greek yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup ice

Let's get cooking!
1. Wash and halve strawberries.
2. To blender, add yogurt, strawberries, orange juice and ice.  Blend for 60 seconds until smooth.
3. Pour & enjoy!

Makes 1 healthy portion :)
