Let's Get Moving Challenge!

Happy almost Monday!  We all want to be skinny for summer, but sometimes it's so easy to put on the so-called winter weight.  Here at IDontGototheGym we are breaking that evil cycle right here, right now!  We will not fall victim!  So join us for this week's fitness challenge as we work our entire body and get....


The Challenge

Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday | Friday

A.M.  Begin every morning (while the coffee is brewing) with a ONE minute PLANK hold

P.M.  Before you hit the pillow give us another ONE minute PLANK hold

Can't hold a plank for a full minute?  Don't let that stop you!  Just hold for as long as you can and make sure you are increasing each day!   

Feeling extra motivated?

Give us 50 crunches each day!  Whenever you have the time drop and give us 50!


Don't forget to eat healthy this week!  One of our favorite skinny tricks is to plan out our weekly menu!  Plan out your meals and don't stray from your plan.  And absolutely NO take-out!
