Can't hold a plank for a full minute? Don't let that stop you! Just hold for as long as you can and make sure you are increasing each day!
Feeling extra motivated?
Give us 50 crunches each day! Whenever you have the time drop and give us 50!
EAT SKINNY TO GET SKINNY
Don't forget to eat healthy this week! One of our favorite skinny tricks is to plan out our weekly menu! Plan out your meals and don't stray from your plan. And absolutely NO take-out!
