Place chicken in sauce pan and cover with water. &nbsp;Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through. &nbsp;Cool chicken and dice into cubes.<br />2. Add 2 tbsp of EVOO to saute pan and heat to medium heat. &nbsp;Add fresh kale and season with garlic powder. &nbsp;Saute 5-6 minutes until wilted.<br />3. Cook quinoa according to package directions. &nbsp;Season with salt &amp; pepper.<br />4. Add raspberries, cilantro, 2 tbsp EVOO &amp; juice of one orange to a blender and blend to combine.<br />5.
