Greek Yogurt Parfait

From our skinny table to yours ...

Do you have ONE go-to snack that you eat everyday?  For us, it is this berry yogurt parfait.  We are healthy creatures of habit in many ways.  Our typical day includes a smoothie for breakfast (either homemade or a Shakeology shake), a KIND bar for a morning snack, a huge salad for lunch, a yogurt parfait for an afternoon snack, lean protein, veggies & quinoa for dinner and finishing the day with fruit, a piece of dark chocolate and hot tea for dessert.

This parfait is so simple to make and as beautiful as it is delicious!  We simply layer in plain Greek yogurt, fresh berries, organic granola and finish with a drizzle of organic honey.  We love to use a combination of blueberries, raspberries and strawberries for color and flavor but you can use any berries you have on hand ... frozen would even work well!

And what a delicious and healthy dessert option for the kids!  They will think they are being totally spoiled, no need to tell them it's good for them ;)

What's your healthy favorite go-to?  We would love to hear from you!  And hope you enjoy this one as much as our kids and us do :)
