Ranch Yogurt DipFriday, January 08, 2016
From our skinny table to yours ...
Is eat more vegetables on your 2016 resolution list? If you're anything like us, we are always trying to get our families to snack healthy & eat more veggies. And if you serve it with a side of ranch, our kids will pretty much eat anything.
As delicious as bottled ranch can be, we like to know EXACTLY what's in our food so we can keep it clean, healthy and using only real, clean ingredients ... hold the preservatives, artificial flavors, xanthan gum please!
This dip is made simply with plain Greek yogurt (which we use for everything these days!) and dried & fresh spices. We love to meal prep on the weekends and cut up a ton of fresh veggies in the fridge for quick, easy, snacking ... carrots, celery, cucumbers, peppers, radishes, zucchini, mushrooms.
And talk about a healthy game day snack?! Hope you all enjoy this one as much as our family did!
