From our skinny table to yours...

Do you still use mayo in your chicken salad?  After this recipe, we can almost guarantee you won't!  Plain Greek yogurt is one of our FAV ingredients we use to skinny down recipes.  Today we are showing you one of our FAV ways to enjoy yogurt as the base to your chicken salad.  Are you ready for this taste of Fall?

This deliciousness is a breeze to put together.  Our Fall salad consists of only shredded chicken, grapes, pecans, cranberries & orange zest!  What are we using instead of the mayo, you ask?  Oh, just a combo of plain Greek yogurt & freshly squeezed orange juice!  Believe us when we say.. you WON'T miss the mayo!

Serve up in an Ezekiel pita as we did, or simply with a side of veg for dipping and ENJOY!
