From our skinny table to yours ...

Memorial Day is right around the corner!  Wondering what to bring to all those upcoming BBQs that will leave you completely satisfied but won't have you on calorie overload?  Check out our fresh & fruity Mango Cilantro Salsa.  Just be sure to double (even triple!) the recipe if you're bringing it to a BBQ because this will be a HUGE hit!


This is perfect on it's own with a couple organic tortilla chips or use it as a fresh & fruity topping to grilled chicken for a complete meal.  Stay tuned for our Chicken 'Nachos' topped with this deliciousness:)

Not only is it so yummy but so easy to make ... 5 minutes of chopping & done!  Hope you enjoy this one!

Serves 4
Calories: 89

Ingredients
1 mango diced
2 vine ripe tomatoes diced
1 garlic clove minced
2 tbsp red onion minced
Juice & zest of one lime
Small handful of cilantro minced

Let's Get Cooking!
1. Dice mango & tomatoes.
2. Mince garlic clove and red onion.
3. Finely chop fresh cilantro.
4. Add all chopped fruits & veggies to a bowl and zest in one lime.  Squeeze the juice of the lime & stir to combine.  Delicious!
