Anybody else still full from Thanksgiving? I think we ate enough for the whole year! This is why we are bringing back the smoothie with super food KALE! For all you kale lovers out there if you enjoyed our Pineapple & Kale Smoothie you will LOVE this one! And for those of you that have yet to try this super food, PLEASE DO SO NOW ;)
We LOVE starting out our days with a fresh fruit and veggie smoothie! Is there any better way?? This healthy and DELICIOUS smoothie comes together in under 5 minutes and has a total of 4 ingredients so there are no excuses not to join us today! Simply toss raspberries, kale, organic vanilla greek yogurt (we just found out Stonyfield makes organic greek yogurt and are now obsessed) and ice into the blender and there ya go! Healthy breakfast in no time at all!

Carbs: 31.8 grams
Dietary fiber: 5.0 grams

5 ounces vanilla organic greek yogurt
1/2 cup raspberries chopped
1 cup organic baby kale chopped
1/2 cup ice
Let's get cooking!
1. Rinse baby kale and remove stems
2. Add kale, raspberries, ice and yogurt to blender. Blend for 60 seconds until smooth.
3. Pour & enjoy!
Makes 1 healthy portion!
