From our skinny table to yours...

Can you believe the summer is almost over?  Boy did it fly by!  As sad as we are to see the summer go, we are super excited to start making lots of delicious pumpkin recipes.  Just in case you are wondering, yes, Dunkin' already brought back pumpkin coffee and we may have indulged today ;)

Our Red, White & Blue Salsa is the perfect end of the summer treat for labor day weekend! 

Just beautiful and oh-so festive!  We made our salsa with red grape tomatoes, blue blueberries & white fresh mozzarella cheese!  We also added in garlic, jalapeno, lime juice and fresh cilantro for an extra flavor boost!

2 cup grape tomatoes
1 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons fresh mozzarella
1 jalapeno
1 lime
1 garlic clove
handful fresh cilantro

Let's get chopping!
1.  Half grape tomatoes. Add tomatoes and blueberries to mixing bowl. 
2.  Chop fresh mozzarella into small chunks and add to bowl.
3.  Mince jalapeno and garlic.  Add both to bowl and stir to combine flavors
4.  Chop cilantro and mix into salsa.
5.  Squeeze the juice of one lime over top and stir to combine all flavors
