Let's Get Moving Challenge!

Happy Sunday IDontGototheGym girls!  This week is all about toning our tush!  With Fall comes the oh-so fashionable and comfy black leggings.  We sure as heck don't want our butt's jiggling all over the place and we're sure you don't either!  So join us as we get Fit for Fall!


The Challenge

All you will need is a chair!

Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday | Friday

A.M.  Begin every morning (while the coffee is brewing) with 20 lunges on each leg! (as shown above)

P.M.  Before you hit the pillow give us 20 more lunges on each leg!

Feeling extra motivated?

Do this ultimate leg workout 2x a day!

- 20 Jumping Jacks
- 15 Sumo Squats - feet greater than shoulder width apart, toes pointed out, sit back on heels, sit down and up.
- 10 Tuck Jumps
- 20 Calf Raises
- 20 Jumping Jacks
- 30 Mountain Climbers (push-up position, jump one leg forward and as the other one comes back bring other leg forward - try and keep this as one swift motion)
- 60 second wall squat

OUCH!  This is going to hurt but is SO worth it! 


We are firm believers that AB'S are built 70% in the kitchen and 30% in the gym, so be sure to eat healthy this week!

Our Top Ten Healthy Snacks

  • 2 tbsp. hummus & veggies
  • Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter & carrots/celery
  • Hard boiled egg
  • Piece of fruit
  • Air popped popcorn
  • Small handful nuts
  • Piece of cheese
  • Kale chips
  • edamame

& our fav healthy dessert - 1 tbsp. nutella with strawberries... YUM.
