Let's Get Moving Challenge!

Happy Sunday!  We LOVE short workouts that give us MAXIUM results.  This week's challenge involves working out 2 different muscle groups all in ONE move!  We are working out our arms all while doing calf raises.  This workout is sure to get you fired up to start your day!  SO come on IDontGototheGym girls let's get...


The Challenge

All you will need are 5 lb pounds weights (or soup cans - no excuses!)

Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday | Friday

A.M.  Begin every morning (while the coffee is brewing) with 40 bicep curls/toe raises

P.M.  Before you hit the pillow give us 40 tricep curls/toe raises

Feeling extra motivated?

Give us ten, JUST TEN, minutes of cardio every day!  Take advantage of the beautiful weather this week and take a brisk walk, light jog or even hop on your bike!  We all have ten minutes right? 

Want to stay inside?

We LOVE Ten Minute Trainer! It is our ideal workout as all the videos are only TEN minutes long, who doesn't have time for that?  This program comes with a series of 10-minute total-body work meant get real results in just 60 days.  We love popping in a DVD whenever we have a couple minutes to spare :)
