30 Day Fit for Fall Challenge ... Are you in?!Sunday, September 08, 2013
With summer coming to an end, it's the perfect time to sit back, reflect and reevaluate our personal fitness goals. We all want to be skinny for summer but sometimes it's so easy to pack on the pounds with fall comfort foods, holidays and no swim suits in sight!
This year we are breaking the cycle, getting fit for fall and would LOVE for you to join us. We all know it's so much easier to workout with friend. It keeps us accountable & gives us the motivation we need to succeed - so here's where we come in!
We are creating a 30 day group fitness challenge to tone up, get fit, create healthy habits & lose a couple pounds while we are at it. Who's with us?! Our fitness group will include meal plans, skinny secrets, weekly exercises challenges, options to kick it up a notch & of course, check-ins to stay accountable.
Our first tip ... find your motivation! Is it getting fit for your family? Getting married? Creating healthy habits to pass on to your kids? Or just getting healthy & fit for yourself to have more energy, get healthy & be confident? Whatever it is, find YOUR motivation. And remember - no excuses! Jamie is 27 weeks prego with her second - 26 weeks pictures here! & Kristen is focused on getting fit and healthy to start a family of her own! (Of course, check with your Dr. before starting any fitness plan ... especially if you are pregnant!)
