Crunchy Buffalo Tuna Salad

From our skinny table to yours...

Anybody else really enjoy canned tuna?  We love tuna and wanted to re-create this canned delight buffalo style!    We are swapping out the mayo and whipping up a combo of Franks buffalo sauce with plain non-fat Greek yogurt.  Boy was this good!

Ready for the kicker?  This meal will come together in under 5 minutes and is made from only 6 ingredients!  Easy, healthy and inexpensive ;)

The crunchiness in this salad comes from chunks of both celery and carrots!  We added in some cilantro for some extra zest!  Fresh herbs are absolutely our favorite way to flavor up any meal.

This buffalo style tuna salad was so delish, we plan to make both Buffalo Chicken Salad and Buffalo Egg Salad :)

We wrapped up our buffalo tuna salad in a cool and crunchy lettuce wrap!  Delicious, low carb, and low cal... talk about a win win ;)

Hope you enjoy!

  4. I am making this and am super excited to try it! However, I just have a question in regards of the protein content. There are 44g of protein in 2 cans of the tuna, but your recipe says that there are 4 servings and each holds 22g...am I missing something? Or is it meant to say that there are 2 servings yielding 2 wraps each? Thanks! And I LOVE your blog. Very helpful!!!
