Happy Thursday all!  Today we have the adorable Merrie from The Skinny Student bringing you her quick end of summer workout.  This at-home workout takes less than 4 minutes (no excuses!) but is sure to get your blood pumpin' & muscles burnin' ... check it out & stay accountable by commenting to let us know when you complete it :)


Hey there I Don't Go to the Gym readers! This is Merrie from The Skinny Student. I am a junior in college studying Speech-Language Pathology. I have a wonderful boyfriend and together we have a mischievous pug puppy, Flynn. I started blogging this past summer as a way to track my fitness progress as I loose and keep off the weight I gained in my first two years of college. At The Skinny Student you can find workouts, healthy living tips, and see my progress!

Although summer may be closing to an end, it does not mean the fun summer workout have to stop! Today I will be bringing you a fun summer workout! I love doing quick workouts that can fit seamlessly into your daily routine. This workout is set to the old, but classic summer tune "Good Vibrations" by The Beach Boys and it takes less than 4 minutes. This song makes for a great workout because of its constant change from fast to slow tempos. When the music is at a slower tempo really focus on your movements and the muscles you are working. Then, when the song picks up have fun with the movements. This is one of my favorite songs so enjoy this fun summer workout!
