From our skinny table to yours...

We've said it before and we'll say it again, we LOVE starting off our day with a fresh fruit and veggie smoothie :)  There is no greater feeling than starting your day off right!  It's a known fact that if you start your day off right you are more likely to continue on a healthy path for the whole day.  So join us this week and start your day off the right way with our Pineapple & Kale Smoothie!  Yes, Kale, we have officially hopped onto the kale crazed bandwagon ;)


Fresh smoothies are so quick to prep, as the blender does all the cooking for us! This healthy and DELICIOUS smoothie comes together in under 5 minutes and has a total of 4 ingredients so there are no excuses today!  Simply toss pineapple, kale, pineapple yogurt and ice into the blender and WALAA!  You are done and sipping in no time at all!

Serves: 1
Calories: 172
Fat: 0.6 grams
Carbs: 30.9 grams
Dietary fiber: 2.4 grams
Protein: 12.6 grams

WW POINTS: 4

Ingredients
5 ounces non-fat pineapple greek yogurt
1/2 cup pineapple chopped
1 cup kale chopped
1/2 cup ice

Let's get cooking!
1.  Wash kale and remove stems.  
2.  Add kale, pineapple, ice and yogurt to blender.  Blend for 60 seconds until smooth.
3.  Pour & enjoy!

Makes 1 healthy portion!

  5. I LOVE LOVE LOVE kale smoothies! I've tried it with blueberries & strawberries, and with cucumbers, apples and banana! I just LOVE them! Thank you for this recipe because adding pineapple and yogurt is a great idea! I also added half of a banana and a tbl of ground flaxseed and this was WONDERFUL! Thanks again!

    2. wow only 172 calories for this healthy drink.. this was my lunch yesterday and my healthy breakfast this morning! it tastes so refreshing and good too, and will give you lots of energy!! i felt alot of energy after and i was dancing to my zumba dvd workout.
