From our happy table to yours...
So they say a glass of red wine a day is good for you so we are taking full advantage of this today, after all it is Wine Wednesday. We eat healthy meals all the time and are very aware of the calories we are putting into our bodies, after all it really is just a friendly game of math! We are currently in the works of coming up with an I Don't Go to the Gym Meal Plan and are SO excited to share this with you! We will be posting our favorite 100 calorie snacks and wines in the coming months that we will be incorporating into our meal plan. This way we will all know where to turn when we have leftover calories and isn't a glass of red wine the perfect way to end the evening??
Studies show that antioxidants in red wine, called flavonoids, can help reduce the risk of heart disease and even cancer. Well isn't that the best news you've ever heard ;) For these reasons and more we are happy to say we are indulging in a glass tonight and go ahead and join us!
