From our skinny table to yours ...

Happy Saint Patrick's day! Before you start indulging in Irish coffee & green beer, start the day right with a green smoothie and our healthy version of the Shamrock Shake.

We love to start the day with a delicious & nutritious breakfast smoothie. To us, it's the perfect easy breakfast and a great way to pack in the nutrients but still stay low calorie. This 'Shamrock Shake' is inspired by one of our favorites - Naked Juice's Green Machine. But as we've said before, we always prefer to make our own version so it's fresh, clean and we know exactly what goes into it.

We start with a delicious and nutritious blend of kiwi, apple, pineapple and spinach. Blend this up with a bit of plain non-fat Greek yogurt and a combination of pineapple & orange juice. Garnish your shake with a fresh strawberry for the perfect finishing touch.

Hope you enjoy this one & join us for a delicious breakfast smoothie!
