Your 2 Minute Exercise of the Day!Monday, February 25, 2013
Let's all get our Monday morning started right with today's 2 minute exercise of the day! We are all about double duty exercises to work as many muscles as possible in the shortest amount of time. Today we are working our arms to get tank top ready but we challenge you to do lunges while doing so to get a bonus butt workout.
So grab your hand weights because the clock starts now ...
30 bicep curls
30 hammer curls (rotate your hands so your weights are parallel to your body)
30 front lateral raises (keep your arms straight and lift them in front of you)
30 side lateral raises (arms straight lift them at your sides)
30 tricep dips on the edge of the couch
DONE! What a great way to start the week! Make sure to pick your favorite 'I don't go to the gym' meal for dinner & we will all feel skinnier tomorrow :)
