Don't wait until the new year to kick start a healthy routine! Let's all get a jump start with today's two minute exercise of the day. Today we are working our abs!

And the clock starts now ...

30 crunches
30 bicycle crunches
30 scissor kicks
60 second plank hold

DONE! How easy was that? And if you're feeling extra motivated, feel free to run though this quick routine again ;)

Now let's get cooking with your favorite 'I don't go to the gym' meal for tonight's dinner (don't forget to do squats while waiting for the water to boil, toe raises while you wash dishes, etc.) & we will all feel skinnier tomorrow!
